By accessing or using the Mike Flysmith website, placing an order, or participating in any promotion including the MF Bench Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site or make a purchase.

2. Products & Orders

All products sold through Mike Flysmith are handcrafted, limited-edition fly fishing materials tied personally by Mike Flysmith. Each drop is strictly limited — once sold out, products are not restocked.

• Orders are final once placed. We do not accept cancellations after checkout is complete.
• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on handcrafted fly fishing products due to the nature of the goods.
• In the event of a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mikeflysmith.com.
• Product images are representative. Minor variations in hand-tied materials are expected and are part of the artisan nature of the product.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Mike Flysmith does not store your payment card information. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

• Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order placement.
• Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled by Mike Flysmith personally. Estimated dispatch times are provided at checkout and on the product page. These are estimates, not guarantees.

• Standard shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• Express shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Mike Flysmith is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. MF Bench Draw

The MF Bench Draw is a promotional program tied to select product drops. Participation is subject to the Official Bench Draw Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:

• One automatic entry is included with each qualifying purchase.
• Additional entries are available via Instagram follow — no purchase required for this method.
• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent.
• Mike Flysmith reserves the right to modify or cancel the draw at any time.
• This promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, fly patterns, branding, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Mike Flysmith and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

7. Waitlist & Email Communications

By submitting your email address through any form on this site, you consent to receive communications from Mike Flysmith related to drops, restocks, and the MF Shop. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

• We do not sell or share your email address with third parties.
• Email frequency is low — we only send when there is something worth sending.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mike Flysmith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
